No. You pay for the suburb, not the lead. Every verified booking in a suburb you subscribe to is yours — no win-rate, no per-quote, no premium placement upsells.
No lock-in. Month-to-month. Cancel any suburb any time from the dashboard — the subscription runs to the end of the billing month, then stops.
Yes. Add suburbs any time. Billing is pro-rated for the remaining days, then rolls into the normal monthly cycle.
Optional. You can pay-per-lead from your wallet if you want to pick up work from suburbs you don't subscribe to. Your subscribed suburbs always come first and never cost extra.
Nothing abrupt. Existing free beta suburbs stay free for 90 days after the beta window closes, then convert to $49/month. We'll give you 30 days' notice before any charge hits your card.

Usually 24–48 hours from submission. We check your licence directly against the PGDB register, validate the insurance certificate with the insurer, and call your references.
We'll flag it and hold your application. Most brokers can bump it the same day. $1M is a hard floor — we won't publish you to customers without it.
Yes. Suspended, expired, or restricted licences can't be verified. If your licence is under review, apply once it's clear and we'll fast-track the rest of the checks.
We'll tell you exactly what's blocking it. Fix the issue, resubmit. No penalty, no re-verification fee. Your first free suburbs are still waiting.
They call 0800 BOOKED. Our voice agent triages the job — suburb, urgency, job type, water main shut off or not, hot water type, etc. — quotes a price range, and books them in with the plumber subscribed to that suburb.
You get an SMS and dashboard push with the full job brief: customer name, address, phone, triaged issue, quoted price range, urgency flag, and booking window. You confirm or decline from the dashboard.
Decline from the dashboard. The booking routes to the next plumber in that suburb's queue. No penalty for declining — but consistent no-shows or late declines risk losing your suburb claim.
You. Customers pay you directly — we never touch the payment. We hold the booking record for dispute resolution, but the relationship is yours to keep.
Yes. The range is a guide. If the actual job is bigger or smaller than what the customer described, quote honestly. We'd rather a correct quote than a forced match.
Bookings come in 24/7. Urgent jobs (burst pipes, no hot water, gas leaks) ping you immediately. Non-urgent jobs are held until 8am the next business day if they land overnight.
Share your referral code. When another plumber signs up, passes verification, and pays their first suburb, you both get a $50 wallet credit within 24 hours. No cap.

No. Refer five mates, earn $250. Refer twenty, earn $1,000. The only rule is each must be a genuine new signup — no duplicate accounts, no self-referrals.
No. Referral codes are for plumbers only. Customers book through 0800 BOOKED and never pay us a fee.
Voice agent built on Vapi + Gemini Flash for triage. Next.js dashboard on Cloudflare Pages. Supabase for data and auth. Stripe for billing. Everything runs in NZ or AU regions where possible.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share customer data. Only the plumber assigned to a booking sees the customer's contact details.
Fergus integration is shipping during beta. simPRO and ServiceM8 are on the roadmap. In the meantime, every booking can be exported as an email or a copy-paste job brief.
