During the seed-phase beta, the first 5 suburbs are free to every plumber who signs up. From Month 2 onwards, every suburb clears at a market rate each month — typically $50–$300 per suburb depending on how many plumbers want it. You set the ceiling; the market sets what you actually pay.
Each suburb runs a sealed-bid auction on the 1st of the month. You submit your bid privately from the dashboard. The highest bidder wins that suburb for the month and pays one dollar more than the second-highest bid — so you never pay more than the market actually needed. Full mechanism →
Not in suburbs you own. Every verified booking in your suburb is yours — no win-rate, no per-quote, no "premium placement" upsell. For leads that land in suburbs nobody currently owns, we run a descending-price Dutch auction you can grab pay-per-lead from your wallet — entirely optional.
No lock-in. Each auction win is for one month. You choose each cycle whether to re-bid, bid higher, or walk away — nothing auto-renews unless you do.
Minimum $50 per suburb per month. Maximum $5,000. Most Auckland suburbs clear between $50 and $300 depending on how many plumbers want them.
Nothing abrupt. Suburbs you claimed during Month 1 stay free for the rest of the month. The first monthly auction opens on the 1st of the following month — you'll get 30 days' notice and a reminder to submit your bid if you want to keep the suburb.
