What you actually see

Four numbers for every suburb you own. No fluff, no vanity charts — just the ones that tell you whether to keep paying for it.

Leads received

Every real call that hit your phone this month, broken down by urgency and job type. Spam and under-15-second hang-ups never make the count.

Jobs won

Leads you marked as completed work. Your conversion rate is jobs ÷ leads — timewaster leads can be flagged 'no-job' so they don't drag the number down.

Median response

How fast you claimed the lead after it hit your phone. Under five minutes converts at 3× the rate of over-fifteen — this is the number that makes or breaks the rest.

Suburb ROI

Total job value ÷ what the suburb sub cost you. A 4× suburb earned four dollars of work for every dollar you paid us. Under 1.5× and the dashboard flags it for review.

The one-line verdict

At the start of every month, each suburb you own gets a single-sentence read. Win the suburb or cut it — no spreadsheet required.

How we count

The whole stack is built from actual call traffic and the timestamps you create by claiming and completing leads. No self-reporting, no estimates.

  • Every call is logged. From-number, duration, suburb, urgency, and the transcript Sam captured — all written to your dashboard the moment the call ends.
  • Spam is filtered before it hits your stats. Calls under 15 seconds, duplicate numbers inside 24 hours, and known spam ranges are excluded from the lead count.
  • Response time is the clock from dispatch to claim. The second the lead arrives on your phone, the timer starts. It stops when you tap "Claim" or the 10-minute window lapses.
  • Jobs-won is self-marked. You mark a lead as 'done' with the invoiced amount — that drives the conversion rate and ROI. Keep it honest; we don't share it publicly.
  • ROI is apples-to-apples. Total invoiced work on leads from that suburb ÷ what you paid us for the suburb sub that month. No weird weightings.
  • Aggregates are de-identified. The "suburb average" you benchmark against is built from all plumbers' data with names and IDs stripped. No one sees your numbers but you.

Benchmark the industry, not the guy next door

Every metric sits next to the aggregate median so you know whether you're slow, average, or crushing it — without anyone else's name showing up.

FAQ

Straight answers. More in the full FAQ.

Where do the numbers come from?

Every call to 0800 BOOKED is logged with the suburb and urgency. When you claim a lead we track the timestamp; when you mark the job done we capture the final value. No self-reporting — the stats are built from actual traffic.

What counts as a lead?

A real customer call routed to you because you own the suburb (or were next in the fallback tier). Spam calls, hang-ups under 15 seconds, and duplicate numbers inside 24 hours are filtered out before they hit your inbox.

How is conversion rate calculated?

Jobs marked done ÷ leads received in the same month. You can mark a lead as 'no-job' for timewasters — those are excluded from the denominator so your rate reflects real dispatchable work.

What's the point of showing ROI?

So you can see which suburb pays for itself and which doesn't. At the end of every month you get a one-line verdict: "Remuera earned you 4.2× your sub." You can then drop, keep, or bid harder on it in the next auction.

Can other plumbers see my numbers?

Never. Your stats are for your dashboard only. We use aggregated, de-identified data for the Insights section (average leads per suburb, median job value by category) so you can benchmark — but no single plumber's numbers are exposed to anyone else.

Why no leaderboard?

Because the goal is you making better business decisions, not beating another plumber in a public ranking. Leaderboards push people to game the metric. We show you your numbers and the suburb average — that's all you need to decide.
